COVID - 19 PRACTICES

COVID-19 has created a period for significant change in how we handle business completely. We take our role as care management providers very seriously and it is our continued goal and mission to deliver the safest and efficient care possible. To ensure the safety of our clients and their families, we have added the option to receive care management and case management services via telephonic or video conference technology. 

In addition to the sincerest concern for the care and safety of those we serve in the public, we are also cautious of the tools we use in order to extend our services through technology. Our video-conferences are held on a password seure platform. 

We are currently not permitting our care management team as a collective to resume in-home visits at this time. We understand that for some, this may be frustrating as you are accustomed to having your care manager available to you in the home, but unfortunately, it is not a safe option at this time. 

We will continue to monitor the public health status and we will constantly make changes based on what we are recommended to do by medical professionals and federal, state, and local officials.
